Rang up to check 0n stock levels before ordering online, very easy to deal with, organised to pick up from Wollongong warehouse, the guys there were helpful and helped load it onto the car. My wife is very happy with her nextgen 9 in the purple camo, super stable, easy to paddle and very comfy seat. - Johnny
