Returns & Refund Policy


In the rare instance that an item arrives faulty or is damaged in transit we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

If you have changed your mind on a product, it must be returned within 30 days of order and must be returned in original saleable condition, that being, unused in the original packaging with any original labels attached and accessories included. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

For items that are posted a credit minus postage/delivery fees will be refunded to the account the money was originally paid from. For items sold with Free Postage, a 20% amount will be deducted to cover postage costs. The original cost of postage will only be refunded where the item is deemed faulty. All return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

If you have purchased an item from us and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us. It is your responsibility to arrange to return the product along with any and all parts that came with it. Upon assessment, we will offer a refund, repair or replacement as appropriate. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If the provided shipping address is incorrect resulting item to be sent back to our warehouse, a return to sender fee of $10 per item fee & re-delivery fee will apply.

We will endeavour to process your returned product as soon as we can once it is received at our warehouse. Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed. This process usually takes up to 5 business days from the day we receive the returned product. 

PLEASE NOTE Kayaks2Fish reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period or items that are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.

Refunds of purchases paid for using AfterPay

If you pay for goods on this website using AfterPay and then change your mind and want to cancel or a refund, we will charge you the full amount of the non-refundable fee AfterPay charge us, which at the time of writing was 6% of the total transaction amount. Therefore if we choose to provide a refund, we will only refund the remainder, not including the amount of the AfterPay fee.

Refunds of purchases paid for using ZipPay

If you pay for goods on this website using ZipPay and then change your mind and want to cancel or a refund, we will charge you the full amount of the non-refundable fee ZipPay charge us, which at the time of writing was 4% of the total transaction amount. Therefore if we choose to provide a refund, we will only refund the remainder, not including the amount of the ZipPay fee.

Refunds of purchases paid for using Paypal

If you pay for goods on this website using Paypal and then change your mind and want to cancel or a refund, we will charge you the full amount of the non-refundable fee Paypal charge us, the current fee can be found here: https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/merchant-fees under Commercial Transaction Rates. Therefore if we choose to provide a refund, we will only refund the remainder, not including the amount of the Paypal fee.

Items on Backorder / Preorder

If the items are delayed more than 12 weeks from the date of placing the order, you are entitled to a full refund minus any Paypal, Zippay, and Afterpay surcharge . If the items are delayed but still within a 12 weeks time frame then there will be $25 cancellation fees along with any Paypal, Zippay, and Afterpay surcharge mentioned above.
