I can not fault this business. I rang about a kayak and they were super helpful and helped me decide which one suited my family best. It's a good idea to talk to them about what you want out of your kayak because even though I googled their information helped me with my final decision. Delivery was supper fast and communication after purchasing through emails was fantastic. The product itself is A+. I ended up buying the Osprey Fishing Kayak and it is so easy to use. Overall this is a great kayak for what it is at a attractive price ... my only issues with it are the two drink bottle holders are way too small as in diameter to fit a drink bottle ... I have lots of drink bottles at home of various sizes and none of them fit ... the diameter at the base of the holder is way too small , the other issue I have is it would of been nice if on the packaging there was somewhere that said what size track rails will fit it and where I can get them ... BCF has them but none that fit it . One last issue is the seat bolts need too be cut back and smoothed off as they dig in too the kayak where it sits in the seat mount on the kayak ... not good . Overall though it's a fantastic kayak for the price and I am very happy with it . - DAVO

We love our kayak. Great product (even though supply was delayed). Highly recommended. We got the 2 adult seats and one child seat kayak, transport can be difficult but worth the effort. - Kate Pryor
