Read MoreAfter trying to get a kayak from another recreational store and them never having stock, my husband found this company online. They were having a sale and i ordered the Osprey kayak in purple and it is awesome! It was on pre order and was delivered before their estimated date which was even better. The deal came with a seat and paddle. I like that the paddle comes apart and length can be adjusted. I am a larger size girl so the weight capacity on others was restrictive but although this is slightly lighter than those from BCF etc it has a higher weight capacity. I was also able to take one of my kids with me for a short paddle, with plenty of space and no worries about weight. Although it is a bit lighter I wasn't able to get it onto roof racks so have to take hubby with as he is fine picking it up and putting it up by himself. The after sale care has also been amazing with lots of emails containing various bits of info to help make the kayak experience easier and more fun, as well as the facebook page. - Amy B
I purchased a kayak online and was advised it was on back order. I got plenty of notification emails and checking in from the site. It actually then came much earlier than expected and pick up was easy and the guys were very helpful. It came with the seat and paddle ready to go and was wrapped up well to avoid damage. I am definitely going to be buying another one for my son very soon. - Kylie B.
My wife and I purchased the Eagle Double package to allow us to explore our local creek (Cudgen Creek in northern NSW). The purchase process was smooth and although there was no stock available at the time of purchase, we were kept informed of the expected delivery date and our kayak actually arrived about a week before we were expecting it.The pickup from the transport company was smooth and once we removed the bubble wrap, the product was exactly as described on the website. We have been out several times since we picked up our kayak and love the freedom that it allows to explore our local waterways. It is an awesome way to get out amongst nature and witness first-hand the immense array of flora and fauna that our country has to see.The seats are comfortable and there is plenty of storage to keep your valuables dry. With COVID travel restrictions in place for the near future, this is an awesome way to get out and explore the treats that our own country has to offer. We are looking forward to exploring other waterways further afield and all that is needed is some roof racks and a couple of good tie-down straps. - Dave T
I recently purchased a 3.7m Eagle kayak from Kayaks2Fish and as a customer am very satisfied with the whole experience. The process of buying over the phone and picking up the kayak from the Rocklea warehouse couldn’t have been easier and the quality of the boat seems exceptional although, admittedly, I have only had it for a couple of months. The value for money is excellent as well, with all of the other boats of comparable quality that I looked at being a lot more pricey and those of comparable price being of inferior quality. The aftercare has been great as well, with Kayaks2Fish sending helpful articles and videos explaining some of the trickier aspects of owning/using kayaks, such as loading onto roof racks and storing them correctly, as well as following up on customer satisfaction.Congratulations to Ben and the team on fantastic service and products - it has all been much appreciated! - Glen B.
Price Ok, some quality issues could be looked at. Build and materials.I only purchased my Gen 9 just before the floods came. Had plans for a holiday at NSW mid north coast but that is on the back burner for now. So she just lives in the garage at the moment. Best regards John. - John B.
