I recently purchased a K2F Nextgen 11.5 from the Newcastle store, the service was great the staff are friendly and helpful. Really happy with my purchase but had a few issues with QC missing rudder pin quick fix staff at store replaced it. I contacted K2F support for a tear in the idler cable cover...fast reply and great customer service, I received new cable within a week.
