Have just taken the kayak (nextgen 9) out for the first time following a 4 month lockdown in Melbourne. Frustration now resolved the wait certainly worth it and the growing expectation and concerns now fully dissipated. The no-fuss service provided, including quick delivery has been exceptional. Very good communication, kayak earlier than advised it would, friendly and quick service on collection. Id definitely recommend to buy from these guys although freight to regional areas can be pricey if you can not collect yourself. - Tanya

My kayak is very easy to manage by myself .The trolley which clicks into the kayak and then can be stored easily on it is terrific.The seat is very comfortable and there is good storage . - Diane
