Initially contacted the Brisbane store to enquire about purchasing a fishing kayak as my youngest has developed a passion for fishing and a kayak allows access to "hidden" fishing spots. The customer service provided made me comfortable to go ahead and purchase the Eagle Blue Lagoon 2.5 seater allowing for the lead delivery time to receive the product. I was notified via SMS when the kayak arrived and additional pickup details. Since then we have already ventured out to the local creek/watering hole and canals at Bribie Island with no issues as it's a quality product and is very stable on the water. An added bonus is that the oars, seats, straps etc. were included as part of the package. They have also provided extra helpful tips via email to get you up and running on the water and other goodies that can assist with storing and transporting the kayak.
