These guys are fantastic - I bought a 3.7 metre fishing kayak but it was too big for me to handle so I asked to return it and true to their promotion there was not a question asked - so I bought a smaller one from them and am waiting for it to come. My life experience is that you get a true view of customer service when everything is not going well and on that score these guys are an 11 out of 10 - Paul

Service was very good but my kayak seat keeps failing all the buckles let the straps out and I end up sitting on the hard plastic with no backrest and every time I use it I end up with 3 or 4 litres of water in the hull ,still trying to figure out where the water is getting in and what to do with the seat straps. Max drive works really well and is easy to set up. - Jason h

My friend and I bought a kayak each along with a cover, wheels and bouyancy vest about a month ago. It has been amazing getting out every weekend on the beautiful Georges River.We had our kayaks delivered within 24 hours of ordering them. Great friendly customer service. Kayaks look great and seem very well made. Only thing I noticed is that I had to tighten all screws a tad after I got it home. Still a great product for the price. - Steve Robinson
