Read MoreNexgen 11 is a great product and communication was perfect, informing me every step of the process. Only been on the water once due to a pedal that fell off because a nut had not been installed correctly. This was replaced without argument, which was great.Kayak performs exceptionally well on the water and more importantly, the raised seat meant that I didn't get a wet backside. - Tony Marsh
Much better experience for the 2nd time round. Better communication from customer service too. Arrived before time, easy and quick pick up. Possibly ordering a 3rd, missus needs to decide of she does want one. - Darren
I have purchased the next gen 11 from the newcastle store. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I have never been in a kayak or fished out of one before. I have had it in the water twice and found that it is stable in the water and great to use. The only issue i have found and have not yet had the opportunity to talk to the staff at the shop is the rudder turned perfectly to the left but will only turn half way to the right. This could be just and adjustment but I will not do anything without speaking to the shop first. The drive system is so easy to use and put into place once you are in deep water. I traveled about three kilometres and it was no effort. Would i recommend this kayak yes. - grant
Visited the shed at Port Adelaide a year ago and got really good advice on what i needed and how to use it. Shopped around and found most companies that sell fishing kayaks really had not much idea about usng them. Went back and purchased my next gen 9 and found the same level on advice. Since purchasing it i find the follow emails from kayaks2fish really useful. - Peter K.
I researched kayaks for around a month before choosing Kayaks2Fish. I was so confident at the description and product inclusions like paddle, paddle leash, seat. I ended up buying 5!! 3 Gen 9's and 2 Ospreys. couldn't be happier with the simplicity to order and their communication. The kayaks are as stable as they describe. - Darren
