Purchase of kayak, trolling motor and mounting went without a hitch - all dispatched on December 20 - an XMAS present.Receipt of kayak and battery before XMAS was great and in good time.The trolling motor arrived JANUARY 10. Fully appreciate that these are trying times. The delivery business DID NOT contact us, the product customer AT ALL during this whole time.In short the purchase GREAT. The delivery was very poor.The customer for the delivery is K2F; not me; so I felt I was left at their mercy.Some communication from delivery business would have greatly improved this purchase - FRED

Love my Next Gen 10 purchase. Ordering was easy, available for pick up next day. Happy with the price for what you get. Great customer service (had a small issue with my paddle and it was swapped out no probs) Great follow enquiries with information videos and tips. Definitely recommend if you are looking for great fishing Kayak that comes with nearly all you need to hit the water. Get a trolley as the Kayaks feel a lot heavier than they are so the wheels makes life much easier. - Mat Nolan
