I ordered two kayaks well before Christmas to use on the holidays. Due to no fault of kayaks2fish the kayaks got delayed 3 times and delivery was due the day before they closed for the Christmas break. I was resigned to the fact that we would not be kayaking over Christmas. I received an email very early in the morning to say that the kayaks had arrived at the warehouse and I would be advised of when delivery to my place would be when they had booked it with the courier. They arrived that afternoon!Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the effort made to deliver the kayaks was outstanding. Ordered NG10 MII on line for Christmas and arrived before time.Issues with some damage to the kayak but the guys helped out with the issues and very happy with the outcome.First run was on holidays, It handled great, very stable and caught a few fish also.Great Fishing Kayak and I couldn't be happier. Purchased Nexgen 9 at Rocklea warehouse very happy with service and supplied motor mount and helped load on to vehicle. Used a couple of times and very stable and light to load and unload. Only problem was all screws were loose and hatches leaked in water. Motor mount was to thick for my T18 watersnake had to plane down to fit. - Cindy Macklin
