Hubby and I purchased a NextGen11 pedal kayak each and we absolutely love them. We live opposite the water so we don't have to worry about transporting them, just pop them on the trolleys that we also purchased and straight over to the water we go. The trolleys are amazing I strap them on whilst the kayak is in the water and then pull the kayaks straight up the boat ramp. We also purchased outriggers to go on our kayaks, we will try them out today. It is a really good exercise pedaling the kayak and we love it. We love our kayaks and it now just a matter of when the weather is right, then we are out there. Depending on the weather might even go fishing in them today. - Ray W

Service was very good but my kayak seat keeps failing all the buckles let the straps out and I end up sitting on the hard plastic with no backrest and every time I use it I end up with 3 or 4 litres of water in the hull ,still trying to figure out where the water is getting in and what to do with the seat straps. Got my triton orca at the start of this year and gave it a 20 minute test. All is terrific but the heavy hull weight (34kg plus extra 4kg of fixture), which greatly reduces the use of it. Actually the 20 minute test was the first and also the last chance to have fun with it. Thinking back, while it’s me to blame for this pulse purchase, the advertising back at preorder last year was misleading which claimed 30kg in weight.Now I have another burden trying to resell it which is the warranty only applies to the original buyer.No complaints about the quality but... - Liang
