Purchased my nextgen10 during lockdown and it arrived within a week. Very happy with the service, although if I knew I would have purchased the nextgen11, sadly it was too late to return the kayak as it was more than 30days after purchased when I started second thinking. Shopped around for an all rounder kayak, fishing, leisure and a bit of fun with the grand kids and family and came across Kayaks2fish Eagle (three seater with 6rid holders) wow what an amazing buy, with all the trimmings, 2 water proof holes, drink holders.
