We purchased 2 kayaks recently have have done several paddles so far, latest being at the Port River in ADL where there are dolphins and shipwrecks to see. handled beautifully, very stable, light enough to place on the roof racks. I have purchased the next gen 11 from the newcastle store. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I have never been in a kayak or fished out of one before. I have had it in the water twice and found that it is stable in the water and great to use. The only issue i have found and have not yet had the opportunity to talk to the staff at the shop is the rudder turned perfectly to the left but will only turn half way to the right. This could be just and adjustment but I will not do anything without speaking to the shop first. The drive system is so easy to use and put into place once you are in deep water. I traveled about three kilometres and it was no effort. Would i recommend this kayak yes. - grant

Bought my Nextgen 10 Mkii recently. I don't do much fishing, but needed a stable kayak for wildlife rescues. Took it out for a test run and it definitely matches up to my needs. really stable and really comfortable with plenty of room for gear and wildlife crates as well as me.On top of that the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the purchase. I purchased two kayaks. The children’s kayak which was in stock shipped to me very quickly. Beautiful kayak in comparison to other cheaper versions. Many endless hours already enjoyed.It’s been a longer wait on my next order although totally worth it. Picked up Friday out in the water Saturday. Glides with perfection. Only just got my kayak but very impressed with how it goes in the water. Very sturdy, I had difficulty tipping it! Great service. Quick to answer any questions. Offered a refund when there was a delay due to covid. I have been offered a $30 incentive, however this is for good or bad review. Definitely giving them a good review. If I ever upgrade to a pedal kayak I’ll be purchasing it from them. - Bronwyn
