Upon ordering my Gen 10 kayak, it was placed on pre-order and needed to wait a month before it arrived at the Gold Coast. Customer service was great along the way as I received updates on the orders progress and clear instructions on when to pick up the kayak.I was quite impressed with the quality of the kayak. The materials used in the kayaks build and accessories feel very robust and will definitely last a long time if you look after everything well. I have already recommended my kayak to a few of my friends :)I do however have one comment, there is no instruction manual to install the rudder pulley system, pedals and extra rod holder (you just get thin string, a rod mount and some screws). Having to figure these few things took me some time. - Phillip
