I can not fault this business. I rang about a kayak and they were super helpful and helped me decide which one suited my family best. It's a good idea to talk to them about what you want out of your kayak because even though I googled their information helped me with my final decision. Delivery was supper fast and communication after purchasing through emails was fantastic. The product itself is A+. I ended up buying the Osprey Fishing Kayak and it is so easy to use. Initially contacted the Brisbane store to enquire about purchasing a fishing kayak as my youngest has developed a passion for fishing and a kayak allows access to "hidden" fishing spots. The customer service provided made me comfortable to go ahead and purchase the Eagle Blue Lagoon 2.5 seater allowing for the lead delivery time to receive the product. I was notified via SMS when the kayak arrived and additional pickup details. Since then we have already ventured out to the local creek/watering hole and canals at Bribie Island with no issues as it's a quality product and is very stable on the water. An added bonus is that the oars, seats, straps etc. were included as part of the package. They have also provided extra helpful tips via email to get you up and running on the water and other goodies that can assist with storing and transporting the kayak. Kayaks2Fish Perth WA great price and service. They had all the gear I needed in stock. The Eagle Pro (double) is easy to paddle and able to turn remarkable well. The metal framed seats are comfortable and its easier to get in and out. At 3.7 metre long and 32kg its reasonably easy to handle and with the optional trolley its easy to get from car to launching spot. Getting off and on car (because my wife cannot lift) I slide kayak (inverted) up onto roof racks by putting an old pillow and doona on boot and back window. Paddles that come with kayak are very good, adjustable and the collars stop water running along shaft into your lap. I bought a optional cover for kayak which fits well for storage. - Clem F.
