Ordering online was quick and easy however I found there was no customer service. On line chat was non existent, so I gave up there. I received one notification advising that delivery was pending and I would receive updates on when delivery would occur. Next communication was delivery driver calling me while standing at my front door and I was an hour away from home and not planning to return for a few days, causing me to have to inconvenience my neighbour to store kayak until I returned. I’ve read reviews saying customers have received emails of tips for use of products???? Will wait and see if any of that happens. I feel like they have my money now and I will hear no more from them. Hopefully it’s a good product (haven’t hit the water yet) I will be shopping elsewhere for any extras I decide I need. - Diane

I am absolutely in love with my kayak! From the cool purple camo colour to how comfortable it is! The balance of it is amazing so you never have to fear that you will fall out or sink! There costumer service is also first class and they were so accommodating! You need to buy from here - Caitlin

i have bought NEXTGEN 10 MKII a few weeks ago. it is very stable and great fishing kayak. i have added the fish finder and electric trolling motor. very easy to install. i ccan't wait to catch some fish. - Shih-wei Chuang
