I purchased a kayak online and was advised it was on back order. I got plenty of notification emails and checking in from the site. It actually then came much earlier than expected and pick up was easy and the guys were very helpful.It came with the seat and paddle ready to go and was wrapped up well to avoid damage. I bought the osprey kayak. Price was great and I’m stoked with the kayak. Not a fan of fishing but if I was I’m sure it would be great for that... instead it’s perfect for the esky and snacks. Absolutely ecstatic with my purchase. Good value for money and it is excellent quality. Went out on a really choppy day and was very stable in the water, didn’t feel as if I would fall out at any point.
