I ordered two kayaks well before Christmas to use on the holidays. Due to no fault of kayaks2fish the kayaks got delayed 3 times and delivery was due the day before they closed for the Christmas break. I was resigned to the fact that we would not be kayaking over Christmas. I received an email very early in the morning to say that the kayaks had arrived at the warehouse and I would be advised of when delivery to my place would be when they had booked it with the courier. They arrived that afternoon!Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the effort made to deliver the kayaks was outstanding. Recently purchased a NextGen10 and accessories from the team at K2F.I've now used the yak 3 times and love it. I can load it on/off the roof racks easily, it's stable in the water and great to fish out of. Having spots for a cooler, rail rod holders, tackle storage and a fish finder in easily accessible reach make sitting out on the bay for hours on end very enjoyable. 5 stars! - Sam
