Confronted with a tight window to select a Kayak and get set up for a fishing trip the service and support from Kayaks2Fish was faultless and outstanding. Having purchased the NexGen 10 Mk2 it was delivered within days as promised - as described. I was really impressed with the follow up emails pointing towards online videos on fitting the rudder. Have since brought a few accessories - outriggers / motor mount block / sunshade - all again delivered within days as promised. The products are great but the customer service and support is even better making a very enjoyable experience. Taken the NexGen 10 Mk2 for a short test run and very happy - very stable, seat is comfortable and able to adjust the foot controls to leg length is really beneficial. Should have done this ages ago. Have taken the bora bora kyack out twice since purchase, it has no trouble handling choppy seas a nd was impressed with its stability and made me feel very safe out on the water . As for the fishing side that is a science all in itself and will take a while to master. I am looking forward to setting up the kyack up right and hopefully enjoy snagging my first of many fish. Beats pier fishing any day. Best purchase I have made in ages. If your thinking of getting one don’t think just get one you won’t regret it. - Rick Gatto
