Read MoreFollow up Customer service is terrible. As evidenced by asking me to write a review. Wrong advice given prior to purchase of accessories (sand wheels) and long delays to resolve. Gave up. Wore the financial loss. Committed to never deal with kayaks2fish ever again. - Simon
Great service, the pick up was easy and the 2+1 Kayak is great loving it. The whole process was easy and the staff at Wollongong very helpful. - Andrew Hull
Much better experience for the 2nd time round. Better communication from customer service too. Arrived before time, easy and quick pick up. Possibly ordering a 3rd, missus needs to decide of she does want one. - Darren
The gentleman on the phone provided really good advice on the kayak suited to my needs. I ordered a nextgen 10 and have used it 3 times. Great storage and reasonably easy to transport due to being lightweight. Stability wise is ok, took a bit of use to balance and a bit of water in the yak but feel I am getting more confident every time I use it. Only minor negatives are - I'm 6.2 and the foot pedals for the rudder are too short for me and find myself cramping up after a long ride. Have found that the plastic material does tend to scratch and chip easily when getting onto the roof so not very hardy material. Also wouldnt feel confident standing up in it either. Generally though a really smooth ride and bang for your buck. - Byro L
I bought this a few weeks back and when my dad and I got on, the kayak flipped. Other than that, it was pretty fun. However, The adjustable rod holders and the kayak pro eagle seat also flipped water in the tide water. - Rayhan
