Kayaks2fish are great, from the online purchase right to the pickup the team were great to deal with and helped me with all my questions and even helped me load it onto the roof racks.The Kayak itself (gen10 mk2) is also a great kayak, built with quality and can easily take all my camping gear, it moves well and the added bonus of a rudder is great. Bought a 2.8m next gen 9 kayak. You definitely need a rudder with this kayak otherwise it turns too easily for my liking (I weigh 75kg) I bought the large size rudder and it makes a huge difference, and is so much better to steer. They posted it promptly. The seat is comfy and is able to be leant right back so you can lay down and rest in the kayak (if you like). It weighs 19kg, so I'm able to lift it by myself onto the roof racks of my car. - M A.

Service was very good but my kayak seat keeps failing all the buckles let the straps out and I end up sitting on the hard plastic with no backrest and every time I use it I end up with 3 or 4 litres of water in the hull ,still trying to figure out where the water is getting in and what to do with the seat straps. Overall really good experience. Communication between customer and K2F is good, could be a bit better.Turn around was rather quick, customer service at the shop was great, however had to go back as they forgot to me the seat.So far the kayak is good, happy with the purchase. Stability is great.The carry handles on the front and back need some work as the hole in them is too big for the rope and the knots slip through when being carried. - Luka Pendes
