After trying to get a kayak from another recreational store and them never having stock, my husband found this company online. They were having a sale and i ordered the Osprey kayak in purple and it is awesome! It was on pre order and was delivered before their estimated date which was even better. The deal came with a seat and paddle. I like that the paddle comes apart and length can be adjusted. I am a larger size girl so the weight capacity on others was restrictive but although this is slightly lighter than those from BCF etc it has a higher weight capacity. I was also able to take one of my kids with me for a short paddle, with plenty of space and no worries about weight. Although it is a bit lighter I wasn't able to get it onto roof racks so have to take hubby with as he is fine picking it up and putting it up by himself. The after sale care has also been amazing with lots of emails containing various bits of info to help make the kayak experience easier and more fun, as well as the facebook page. - Amy B

Very happy with my purchase of a Nextgen 10. MK 2. COVID caused issues with delivery times, which is not the fault of the seller, but I was offered a full refund if required. I declined and waited for the Kayak to arrive, and it has easily met expectations. On pickup the staff were friendly and able to help with suggestions for extra items I required, but did not push for extra sales. A pleasant experience and happily recommended. - paul m.
