I purchased a kayak online and was advised it was on back order. I got plenty of notification emails and checking in from the site. It actually then came much earlier than expected and pick up was easy and the guys were very helpful.It came with the seat and paddle ready to go and was wrapped up well to avoid damage. I bought the NextGen 10 MKII and so far have been very happy with it. Although delivery was delayed and it did not arrive in time for the trip I had planned I have managed to get it out on the water and love it. Haven't caught anything yet, but there's plenty of time for that. - Darren

Price Ok, some quality issues could be looked at. Build and materials.I only purchased my Gen 9 just before the floods came. Had plans for a holiday at NSW mid north coast but that is on the back burner for now. So she just lives in the garage at the moment. Best regards John. - John B.
