Great kayak, great service, great experience. I recently purchased a NexGen 10 MK2 from Kayaks2Fish at Wetherill Park. It was my first Kayak and I am now hooked. The boat is fantastic. Stable, easy to use, build quality is outstanding and a great price as well. When I went to pick the yak up, the staff at the Wetherill park store could not have been more helpful. Ordering online was quick and easy however I found there was no customer service. On line chat was non existent, so I gave up there. I received one notification advising that delivery was pending and I would receive updates on when delivery would occur. Next communication was delivery driver calling me while standing at my front door and I was an hour away from home and not planning to return for a few days, causing me to have to inconvenience my neighbour to store kayak until I returned. I’ve read reviews saying customers have received emails of tips for use of products???? Will wait and see if any of that happens. I feel like they have my money now and I will hear no more from them. Hopefully it’s a good product (haven’t hit the water yet) I will be shopping elsewhere for any extras I decide I need. - Diane
