Bought the Kronos kayak, was looking for something super stable and easy to use. The kayak is exactly that, real comfy and smooth in the water. I did have a few issues with loose screws and trade waste in the hull. I also was directed to the incorrect trolly for what I intended to use it for. Initially I was pretty annoyed at all the little things because I spent a bit of cash expecting everything would be on point. After speaking to kayaks2fish the support was actually really good. Super understanding and called me to discuss a way ahead. A bit more initial clarity on the website with recommendations for type of terrain and add ons would make the process easier and would of avoided a lot of headache. 4 star because the team there called me and was really helpful. - Josh Wilson

These guys are fantastic - I bought a 3.7 metre fishing kayak but it was too big for me to handle so I asked to return it and true to their promotion there was not a question asked - so I bought a smaller one from them and am waiting for it to come. My life experience is that you get a true view of customer service when everything is not going well and on that score these guys are an 11 out of 10 - Paul
