It was so easy to order my two Nextgen9 kayaks online and were a reasonable price. They arrived earlier than expected which was so exciting. My husband and I took to the water two days after pick up and had a lot of fun exploring our local river. We found our kayaks to be very good quality and stable. Overall really good experience. Communication between customer and K2F is good, could be a bit better.Turn around was rather quick, customer service at the shop was great, however had to go back as they forgot to me the seat.So far the kayak is good, happy with the purchase. Stability is great.The carry handles on the front and back need some work as the hole in them is too big for the rope and the knots slip through when being carried. - Luka Pendes

Purchased the Gen 10mk2. Very happy with the rode of the kayak. Rudder system has a bit to be desired tho. Doesn't really affect me as will be installing a trolling motor in place of it. Aside from that seems like a well built kayak and fit for purpose. - Nenad Rodic
