I bought my kayak a few weeks ago now and Im very happy with it. its great value for money and very affordable compared to other stores selling kayaks. I havent taken it out yet as Im still doing stuff to it but I cant wait to hit the water very soon in 2019.The service was great and explained everything on the next gen 9 I purchased that I needed to know. I ordered 2 next Gen 9 kayaks and had a month before I was to go up the coast and pick them up. Unfortunately a week before I was leaving they called and told me that my colour was now sold out. I was very disappointed and had to drive 3 hours south to go grab my colour (that I ordered) in Newcastle instead. Then I had to go up to Brisbane because they didnt have my second colour in Newcastle. Fortunately when I went to Newcastle Ben was really apologetic and gave me a few free things. Although I havent gotten to use them too much yet I am happy with the quality of them. So other then the mess around at the warehouse I would still reccomend these kayaks! - Alex Hegg
