I ordered two kayaks well before Christmas to use on the holidays. Due to no fault of kayaks2fish the kayaks got delayed 3 times and delivery was due the day before they closed for the Christmas break. I was resigned to the fact that we would not be kayaking over Christmas. I received an email very early in the morning to say that the kayaks had arrived at the warehouse and I would be advised of when delivery to my place would be when they had booked it with the courier. They arrived that afternoon!Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent and the effort made to deliver the kayaks was outstanding. Kayaks are great and well appointed. It was a bit difficult not being able to easily front up to a shop front to check them out-l nearly went with bcf. However the seat in k2fish was the better option. Our kayaks are difficult to keep in a straight line. Any suggestions? Also my paddle is the new clamp style which is more time consuming than the click in. Overall, happy - Paul

After looking at Kayaks for a year, once we saw Gen 9 we bought them straight away. So glad we did, very stable and a comfortable seat. Everything we need for fishing. Staff were very helpful and pickup was easy. - Gay

Order online ,easy and friendly staff to deal with, took out for for first time and very stable and happy with it but the maxdrive is a little wonky in cradle and the plastic lock tabs to lock it in, one has decided to break, so I rang staff and are sending out a new clip.Overall am happy with the purchase of the yak. - Happy Camper
