Confronted with a tight window to select a Kayak and get set up for a fishing trip the service and support from Kayaks2Fish was faultless and outstanding. Having purchased the NexGen 10 Mk2 it was delivered within days as promised - as described. I was really impressed with the follow up emails pointing towards online videos on fitting the rudder. Have since brought a few accessories - outriggers / motor mount block / sunshade - all again delivered within days as promised. The products are great but the customer service and support is even better making a very enjoyable experience. Taken the NexGen 10 Mk2 for a short test run and very happy - very stable, seat is comfortable and able to adjust the foot controls to leg length is really beneficial. Looking forward to getting out in my Nextgen 11. Still waiting for half my order (about a month)which is due to Austpost as I am in Northwest Australia. I would recommend using a freight company rather than post. Had a couple bits fail which have prevented me getting out but Kayak2Fish were quick to send out the replacement part. They have arrived but still waiting to get the rest of the order. Should finally be able to get it out when I return in a couple of weeks. - Les Fortescue
