Upon ordering my Gen 10 kayak, it was placed on pre-order and needed to wait a month before it arrived at the Gold Coast. Customer service was great along the way as I received updates on the orders progress and clear instructions on when to pick up the kayak.I was quite impressed with the quality of the kayak. The materials used in the kayaks build and accessories feel very robust and will definitely last a long time if you look after everything well. I have already recommended my kayak to a few of my friends :)I do however have one comment, there is no instruction manual to install the rudder pulley system, pedals and extra rod holder (you just get thin string, a rod mount and some screws). Having to figure these few things took me some time. - Phillip

The quality of products they sell for the price they sell them for is unbelievable! Great out on the water, I bought the nextgen10 2 for my first time ever kayak fishing. The stability and ease of use of these kayaks is second to none! I would advise anyone and everyone if you are getting into the sport of kayak fishing and don't want to blow $2000+ kayaks2fish is perfect! Their team is also very helpful I. Tracking my order and general kayak refinance such as how to store it etc, which many other company's would not have the time to do. - Sam Godsell

Great value for money. We haven't had a chance to use them but I'm very happy with them. Only down side is I thought there was a store to look at accessories. If there had been I would have purchased more items eg life jackets - Kimmie Collins
