The buying process was very easy. having some trouble getting the rudder to work correctly in the water. the chair is super comfortable however as it sits higher ir changes the centre of gravity compared to other kayaks I have used. Love my Next Gen 10 purchase. Ordering was easy, available for pick up next day. Happy with the price for what you get. Great customer service (had a small issue with my paddle and it was swapped out no probs) Great follow enquiries with information videos and tips. Definitely recommend if you are looking for great fishing Kayak that comes with nearly all you need to hit the water.
