Very clear communication and the kayak has been fantastic so far. The only problem was the actual paddles, as one of the latches broke right away. They sent me a replacement part and I have not figured out yet how to put it into place. - Loris

Rang up to check 0n stock levels before ordering online, very easy to deal with, organised to pick up from Wollongong warehouse, the guys there were helpful and helped load it onto the car.
