Great kayak, loaded with features, this is excellent value for money and it performs well. we have loved our adventures to date and will be purchasing more with confidence in the future. There is a question on this form "Were you offered a reward for submitting this review" and the answer is yes we were ($30!!).... however, we wouldnn't hesitate to submit a bad review, or suggest areas for improvement if the quality or service were poor, as we are long term kayakers, we know our products and we rely on the reviews of others, so submit an honest appraisal. - Andy

I have purchased the next gen 11 from the newcastle store. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I have never been in a kayak or fished out of one before. I have had it in the water twice and found that it is stable in the water and great to use. The only issue i have found and have not yet had the opportunity to talk to the staff at the shop is the rudder turned perfectly to the left but will only turn half way to the right. This could be just and adjustment but I will not do anything without speaking to the shop first. The drive system is so easy to use and put into place once you are in deep water. I traveled about three kilometres and it was no effort. Would i recommend this kayak yes. - grant

Recently purchased a Cameo Osprey Single Seater Kayak 2.7m Went out for a padddle the other day was fairly windy, the kayak handled without a problem. I would recommend any one to buy a kayak from this company, was on back order but arrived much earlier than expected. No question I asked via email was too much, and was answered quickly. Love the extra information re care and maintenance you receive adter purchase. I did notice a slight floor in the front left hand side where the outer lining was damaged and had been repaired. Ill keep on eye on it but dont think it will cause a problem. Very happy with my kayak and an excellent price. I purchased a NextGen9 Package. Purchase and Delivery experience was fantastic, purchase was easy, delivery was super quick. Unpacked it all yesterday, quality is excellent, great value for money.
