Have just taken the kayak (nextgen 9) out for the first time following a 4 month lockdown in Melbourne. Frustration now resolved the wait certainly worth it and the growing expectation and concerns now fully dissipated. The no-fuss service provided, including quick delivery has been exceptional. Loving my next gen. It is stable easy to paddle and has comfortable seating.Only negative was the rudder was really hard to deploy as it was stiff. Hopefully the spray lubricant has fixed that - Steve R.
