Ordered the Kayak for Christmas Holidays and arrived in plenty of time. Next Gen 1+1 with the low seat proved very stable in rough tidal waters. Staff at Kayaks2Fish were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would go there again. - Des

Nexgen 11 is a great product and communication was perfect, informing me every step of the process. Only been on the water once due to a pedal that fell off because a nut had not been installed correctly. This was replaced without argument, which was great.Kayak performs exceptionally well on the water and more importantly, the raised seat meant that I didn't get a wet backside. - Tony Marsh

Follow up Customer service is terrible. As evidenced by asking me to write a review. Wrong advice given prior to purchase of accessories (sand wheels) and long delays to resolve. Gave up. Wore the financial loss. Committed to never deal with kayaks2fish ever again. - Simon
