We brought 2 of these for Xmas and my children love them. I did pre order and their was a problem with one of them arriving in time, so I called up and the lady was very helpful and got me one in time for Xmas. I am now looking a buying adult ones. So excited thanks for all your help guys. - Jess

Ordered two kayaks online. Needed to call the store to query pick up and were very friendly and helpful. Order was ready promptly and I organised my own freight to collect them and it all went smoothly. Haven't used them yet but looking forward to slightly warmer weather. - Belinda Smith

Love my NextGen 10 really stable from the very beginning and the raised seat was definitely a game changer as far as comfort Pros- great solid yak Comfy seat Tracks well Great value Good customer service Cons- took a while to arrive There was a slight damage on the carry handle Rudder definitely could be improved Seems heavier than 23 kgs - Mark

I think all the tracking is and storage is great as I am able to fit all my accessories on with adding any tracking. But the stability of the kayak is my concern. I wanted to fit a motor on the back but I don't think it is stable enough to do that without having stabilisers and I hate them. - Geoff
