Pre-ordered a kayak bundle and could not be happier with the product. Communication on arrival pickup was excellent and even can earlier then planned. A bit of a wait for delivery but I can understand that with the current crisis.Got it delivered to home and arrived very well protected.First outing cut my leg on the rod holder getting in but my bad, forgot the oars, first cast into a tree, and end result no fish !Took a little time to get my balance but overall very happy with product. - No Fish

These guys are fantastic - I bought a 3.7 metre fishing kayak but it was too big for me to handle so I asked to return it and true to their promotion there was not a question asked - so I bought a smaller one from them and am waiting for it to come. My life experience is that you get a true view of customer service when everything is not going well and on that score these guys are an 11 out of 10 - Paul
