After a couple of years researching products and prices I decided to give Kayaks2 Fish a go when the money was finally in the bank. The 80km round trip to collect the kayak was going to be a small hassle to endure, considering what was on offer and available at local suppliers. The online purchase procedure is simple. The response via text and email is immediate, advising me that my NG09 was ready for pickup at a warehouse and useful reminders about bringing necessary equipment for securing the kayak to my vehicle. I ordered at 6.25pm so the pickup trip was going to be the next morning. Here's where things went awry... a bit. The colour I ordered, though designated 'in stock', wasn't stocked at the warehouse. The warehouse owner who handles the transfer to buyers was fantastic. I was advised this happens often and is a simple matter of phoning the business direct to arrange a change to a colour in stock. Simple. That's all it took but the business needs to rectify a longstanding problem here.I found the receptionist totally helpful, polite and a calming influence. I was offered tips like checking screws for tightness (a must do because only a few didn't need a tweak) and should be done regularly.The single rivet securing the paddle blade to the shaft looks inadequate.This is a specky looking craft. I know I'll love it! Looking forward to fishing on WA rivers and protected bays. - Lynn

I recently purchased a NextGen 10 mkII. I have kayaked for a couple of decades and confirm this to be one of the best most versatile kayaks I have used. It’s fairly fast and extremely stable with many fishing options while being an excellent recreational kayak. Excellent for slow waterways and large open lakes. Reasonable light for its size making loading onto roof racks relatively easy. I also purchased the C-Tug trolley which was definitely worth paying a bit more than a standard metal trolley making carting along walkways easy. - Troy

I recently purchased a K2F Nextgen 11.5 from the Newcastle store, the service was great the staff are friendly and helpful. Really happy with my purchase but had a few issues with QC missing rudder pin quick fix staff at store replaced it. I contacted K2F support for a tear in the idler cable cover...fast reply and great customer service, I received new cable within a week. All issues I found with the Kayak were on it's first outing and now everything has been fixed I can't be happier with the Kayak. My son purchased one as well perfect from the getgo - Steve Algie

It was so easy to order my two Nextgen9 kayaks online and were a reasonable price. They arrived earlier than expected which was so exciting. My husband and I took to the water two days after pick up and had a lot of fun exploring our local river. We found our kayaks to be very good quality and stable.
