There are a number of things that I recommend about Kayaks2Fish. The service from the team when making my purchase was excellent and collection went without issue. The design is excellent especially the inclusion of the aluminum seat. You dont sit in a pool of water as you do with other kayaks. The list off accessories or add ons is excellent. Stock levels at Christmas time was low but I am sure this will improve. Being able to share adventure stories with other customers is also very cool. Overall my kayak has opened up a whole new world of adventure and I am very happy with my purchase. - Roger Hector

Great bang for buck fishing kayaks and accessories.Purchased 2 kayaks, Nextgen11 and Nextgen7.The Nextgen11, after upgrading the rudder lines to a heavier duty cord (too thin from the manufacturer) has performed faultlessly. I recently purchased a K2F Nextgen 11.5 from the Newcastle store, the service was great the staff are friendly and helpful. Really happy with my purchase but had a few issues with QC missing rudder pin quick fix staff at store replaced it. I contacted K2F support for a tear in the idler cable cover...fast reply and great customer service, I received new cable within a week. All issues I found with the Kayak were on it's first outing and now everything has been fixed I can't be happier with the Kayak. My son purchased one as well perfect from the getgo - Steve Algie

Shopped around for an all rounder kayak, fishing, leisure and a bit of fun with the grand kids and family and came across Kayaks2fish Eagle (three seater with 6rid holders) wow what an amazing buy, with all the trimmings, 2 water proof holes, drink holders. Storage compartments and great stability. The service from ordering to logistics was super smooth. Had a few queries and the were answered in a blink. A great product for the price. Nextgen 11 purchased. Unfortunately a few minor issues with the kayak , but I must say the team was very quick to rectify & help. The after sales service & informational emails are great. A great product at a great price point. Would have been a 5 star review if there weren't a few issues that needed fixing ( nothing major) but overall great! I would like to add, a showroom would have been fantastic, to see touch & feel. But I understand you do what you do to bring costs down, so its a trade off. - Chris Topfer
