Confronted with a tight window to select a Kayak and get set up for a fishing trip the service and support from Kayaks2Fish was faultless and outstanding. Having purchased the NexGen 10 Mk2 it was delivered within days as promised - as described. I was really impressed with the follow up emails pointing towards online videos on fitting the rudder. Have since brought a few accessories - outriggers / motor mount block / sunshade - all again delivered within days as promised. The products are great but the customer service and support is even better making a very enjoyable experience. Taken the NexGen 10 Mk2 for a short test run and very happy - very stable, seat is comfortable and able to adjust the foot controls to leg length is really beneficial. Could not be happier with my NextGen 9 kayak, it does everything i want it to and more. It's stable, comfortable, and adaptable with the huge amount of accessories available. Build quality feels solid and everything works as intended. K2F are very easy to deal with and the products are top notch. Would suggest paying for delivery as i found the pickup to be a bit difficult especially during Covid restrictions, but other than that, cannot fault them. - Jesse H.
