Purchased a double kayak and found the site and people at kayak2fish great. Nothing was too much of a problem. I was missing or lost a fishing bracket mount in transit and it was replaced without fuss. Being of the older bracket I bought the above kayak seat and found it great. Purchased my nextgen10 during lockdown and it arrived within a week. Very happy with the service, although if I knew I would have purchased the nextgen11, sadly it was too late to return the kayak as it was more than 30days after purchased when I started second thinking.
