I purchased a kayak online and was advised it was on back order. I got plenty of notification emails and checking in from the site. It actually then came much earlier than expected and pick up was easy and the guys were very helpful.It came with the seat and paddle ready to go and was wrapped up well to avoid damage. The whole experience was without a hitch.Ordered online, picked up from the Adelaide warehouse the next day. The kayak has been amazing and the J Racks have made life easier. The kayak is heavy but for 2 people it's easier to get on the 4wd. - Keli B.
