I purchased the NextGen10 as my first kayak (after a heap of research) but found it had a leak on my first trip out. I found it had a manufacturing flaw (a leak around a screw hole) so I contacted Ben who organised a replacement for me straight away with no fuss. Ive taken the new one out a few times now and love it. Im very happy with my choice and very satisfied with the service I received. I ordered 2 next Gen 9 kayaks and had a month before I was to go up the coast and pick them up. Unfortunately a week before I was leaving they called and told me that my colour was now sold out. I was very disappointed and had to drive 3 hours south to go grab my colour (that I ordered) in Newcastle instead. Then I had to go up to Brisbane because they didnt have my second colour in Newcastle. Fortunately when I went to Newcastle Ben was really apologetic and gave me a few free things. Although I havent gotten to use them too much yet I am happy with the quality of them. So other then the mess around at the warehouse I would still reccomend these kayaks! - Alex Hegg
