Purchased a nextgen 11.5 went into the shop in Sydney and the guy was great very helpful and very friendly. Only used it couple of time but so far it's great stable and movies fairly fast. Main thing it's not heavy to load and unload. - thenesh k.

Kayak is very good. But the accessories taken forever to get here in Perth Ordered the accessories on 10 November still have not received them - Ted

Follow up Customer service is terrible. As evidenced by asking me to write a review. Wrong advice given prior to purchase of accessories (sand wheels) and long delays to resolve. Gave up. Wore the financial loss. Committed to never deal with kayaks2fish ever again. - Simon
