Purchased my nextgen10 during lockdown and it arrived within a week. Very happy with the service, although if I knew I would have purchased the nextgen11, sadly it was too late to return the kayak as it was more than 30days after purchased when I started second thinking. Purchased Nexgen 9 at Rocklea warehouse very happy with service and supplied motor mount and helped load on to vehicle. Used a couple of times and very stable and light to load and unload. Only problem was all screws were loose and hatches leaked in water. Motor mount was to thick for my T18 watersnake had to plane down to fit. - Cindy Macklin
