I would buy the same kayak many times over. Service, quality & experience was tops. I purchased the kayak at the beginning of the latest lockdown in NSW and have been out on it every Sat & Sun since then. Having come from a fishing jetski background I wasn't sure if I would stick to the sport so I got the entry level Osprey 9 wich has been fabulous. 2 days delivery was great but pricey. Dealing with Kayaks2fish has been great, I have loved all the information that I have received and I have ordered many additional products as I realised that I've needed them. I bought an Eagle Rainbow Kayak just before the Christmas. It is a pre-order. The ETA is very accurate. The Kayak comes with 2x seats ,2 x paddle as a standard. It is very strong and capable of sitting 3 people. My daughter likes the color very much, alway attract peoples attention.From the order to warehouse pickup, I always feel the staff are friendly and give me some good tips. Purchase of kayak, trolling motor and mounting went without a hitch - all dispatched on December 20 - an XMAS present.Receipt of kayak and battery before XMAS was great and in good time.The trolling motor arrived JANUARY 10. Fully appreciate that these are trying times. The delivery business DID NOT contact us, the product customer AT ALL during this whole time.In short the purchase GREAT. The delivery was very poor.The customer for the delivery is K2F; not me; so I felt I was left at their mercy.Some communication from delivery business would have greatly improved this purchase - FRED
