Very happy with my purchase of a Nextgen 10. MK 2. COVID caused issues with delivery times, which is not the fault of the seller, but I was offered a full refund if required. I declined and waited for the Kayak to arrive, and it has easily met expectations. I absolutely love my nextgen 9 kayak and the fact that everything that you need is all included in the price. I have been really surprised with just how stable it is on the water and how easy to use that it is. It arrived within the specified timeframe and I was kept up to date of its progress at all times. When I picked it up the staff were super helpful and even showed me how to best load it onto my vehicle.
