The buying process was very easy. having some trouble getting the rudder to work correctly in the water. the chair is super comfortable however as it sits higher ir changes the centre of gravity compared to other kayaks I have used. Overall really good experience. Communication between customer and K2F is good, could be a bit better.Turn around was rather quick, customer service at the shop was great, however had to go back as they forgot to me the seat.So far the kayak is good, happy with the purchase. Stability is great.The carry handles on the front and back need some work as the hole in them is too big for the rope and the knots slip through when being carried. - Luka Pendes
