The kayak & accessories are perfect, and were carefully delivered with the courier calling before coming.The kayak was very stable. I ended up having to take both of my kids, with my friend & I on the maiden voyage. All of us loved it (my 3 year old didn't want to get out). A great product for the price. Nextgen 11 purchased. Unfortunately a few minor issues with the kayak , but I must say the team was very quick to rectify & help. The after sales service & informational emails are great. A great product at a great price point. Would have been a 5 star review if there weren't a few issues that needed fixing ( nothing major) but overall great! I would like to add, a showroom would have been fantastic, to see touch & feel. But I understand you do what you do to bring costs down, so its a trade off. - Chris Topfer
